On the 5^th October 2011 in the Hotel Flora in Olomouc in the frame of the project COACH BioEnergy a Policy Conference was organized entitled "Perspective of energy use of biomass".

This conference was attended by 60 representatives of energy agencies, consulting firms and experts, major industrial enterprises operating in the energy sector and ministries. The conference participants were informed about the project COACH BioEnergy, its activities and services were also introduced by two Czech partners involved in project implementation. Expert presentation were focused on legislation in the field of renewable energy sources, the financing options for using renewable energy sources, experience with using different types of biomass for energy purposes, and many other areas.

In the course of the conference a total of 10 presentations were presented.
