Two projects co-operate on strengthening renewable energies by developing new services and guides to invest in new renewable energy related projects.

The scope of the project Wide the see is to provide a “Methodological Guide for Widening the Solar Thermal Market”. The purpose of this methodological guide is to provide guidance to organisations / individuals for necessary actions associated with the widening of the solar thermal market in the SEE area.

The goal of the project Coach BioEnergy is in line with the EU’s policies on climate change and the support of energy production from renewable resources, focused on biomass. New Services should be developed and offered in the relevant partner regions to initiate new projects based on biomass.

So both projects are intending to strengthen renewable energies and trying to foster its special fields of interest by integrating stakeholders in different activities and convince them with new services and guides to invest in new renewable energy related projects.

Within a workshop organised by both projects on 17^th May 2010 different decision makers discussed about scenarios of successful implementation strategies for biomass as well as for solar thermal projects. The exchange within the workshop had been the starting point of a close co-operation between both projects. Individual meetings will be planned also in future times to learn about the others methods.
