COACH BioEnergy in cooperation with other biomass-related Interreg-projects
The representatives of COACH BioEnergy (Wiktoria Lajter), Rural Biological Ressources (RUBIRES) and 4Biomass have discussed the possibilities for the future joint co-operation, including
- exchange of countries’ and regional analysis and planning instruments for land use
- identification of the overlapping stakeholders
- joint appearance on Web site (http://www.bioenergypromotion.net/)
- harmonization of the time schedule of public events
- joint appearance on big events (e.g. Verona, Bioenergy Expo. February 2010)
- possibility of linking of databases
- possibility for inform the project partners in RUBIRES and 4Biomass about the new service “Virtual Net” (possible future RCBs?)
The main objectives of the RUBIRES project, managed by 10 project partners and being lead by the Regional Planning Authority Altmark (Sachsen-Anhalt, DE), are to plan the instruments and manage tools to support a sustainable growth of rural economy concerning material flow and land use, initiate and develop regional value added chains using renewable resources and establishing value added partnerships integrating stakeholders out of economy, policy, administration and interested groups. By the 4Biomass project, leaded by the German Agency for Renewable Resources (FNR), 10 project partners are working on the creating a database for the pool information on CE demonstration projects, helping stakeholders find tailor-made solutions for investments/operations in bioenergy plants.
